How do I know I have damage?
Our Sendero team is trained to inspect for hail or storm damage which sometimes can be hard to see by using the most up-to-date technology in the industry. We encourage regular complementary inspections to ensure your property and investment have not been impacted. We also offer contingency contracts to help control fluctuating labor and material costs and to save you on any out-of-pocket expenses.

My damage is not weather specific but what if I still have roof problems?
We can still help. We have a variety of solutions to help you restore your roof whether metal, flat or shingle. All restorations, regardless of the cause, will come with manufacturers and workmanship warranties.

How often should my roof be inspected?
Different situations such as storm damage or age can determine the need to replace or repair your roof. It’s essential to request a regular inspection of your property as it can take years for storm damage to become apparent. Insurance companies might fight a claim if the damage was not reported promptly. It is better to be safe and request a complimentary inspection following a storm. Also, some insurance companies require policy holders to have regular roof inspections performed to ensure that the roof is being maintained and any debris or other potential damage causing items such as clogged gutters are remedied promptly.

What is the approximate cost to replace my roof?
As a licensed commercial general contractor, we offer complimentary consulting to determine the extent of the damage to your roof. Our goal is to identify all damage, develop a clear and concise scope of work and work with your insurance company to return your property to its pre-storm condition. We will provide a report on the damage, measurements and cost estimate. If your insurance policy allows you to qualify for a complete replacement based on the amount of damage you have, you will merely need to cover the cost of your deductible.

Do you offer a warranty?
We offer manufacturers and workmanship warranties and can also customize solutions to meet your needs. Many of our solutions come with an NDL (no damage limit) warranty, up to 30 years from the manufacturer.

Where is your company located?
