How often should my roof be inspected? 

Different situations such as damage or age can determine the need to replace or repair your roof. It’s essential to request a regular inspection of your property as it can take years for storm damage to become apparent. We recommend you have a roof walk-over every six months and a detail inspection and report annually to identify any potential problems. 

My damage is not weather specific but what if I still have roof problems? How do I protect my roof? 

A roof can be very expensive, therefore is important to properly maintain it. Here are some tips:

  • Visually Inspect Regularly

Sendero offers PMP (Preventive Maintenance Program) that includes regularly scheduled inspections, periodic repairs of common roofing components (flashings, drains, curbs, etc.) and the addition of reflective coatings.

Our goal is to identify all damage, develop a clear and concise scope of work and quote as per codes to replace or repair your roof. We will provide a report, measurements, scope of work and cost estimate.  

Do you offer a warranty? 

We offer manufacturers and workmanship warranties and can also customize solutions to meet your needs. Many of our solutions come with an NDL (no dollar limit) warranty, up to 30 years from the manufacturer.
